Food was delicious, the instructions were clear, every step was planned out. The crispy rice at the bottom of the pan was chefs kiss. Sangria and snacks were delicious. Overall great experience. He’s also very well spoken in Catalon, Spanish, and English. I would do this class again

  I went for this experience with 3 of my close friends, on our first trip to Spain. It differed from my expectations, as we had a different host from that... read more mentioned in the description, she was a student. We were lacking a sense of community and authenticity in our experience, which is a tone that is typically set by the host. While she seemed to know her work, the experience at times felt like a one-sided class, and it took away from the advertised expectations of collaborating in a warm setting.
However, I will say that we still enjoyed the sangria and paella that was made, and would recommend the experience. I expect that the experience would be great if the host is Eladi.
