  A true highlight of our trip to Barcelona! We'd attempted to make a paella at home before the trip, which didn't go great, so we were excited to learn and... read more sample a good one. And this experience didn't disappoint. In a beautiful, highly functional location, we were able to learn about paella and sangria, as well as how to make them. Our host made sure that everyone had a chance to participate in both, while ensuring that the event moved along at a nice pace. We were able to relax with our fellow guests and make new friends, and the food at the end of the event was some of the best we've ever had. Highly recommended!

  I booked this cooking class for my siblings and I on a trip to Barcelona. What was the most anticipated activity of the trip quickly became disappointing when we realized... read more this experience is not correctly advertised, much to my disappointment. We were hoping to attend an authentic class led by the two hosts, Eladi and his wife. Rather, a PHD student from Taiwan, who was hired by the host, taught the class. I will note that she was a student of Latin cuisine, however, this was clearly not the experience we signed up for. Furthermore, the building the class was hosted in was under construction with bare drywall and a vent hood in the “kitchen” that was likely not to code. Save yourself the time and energy and skip this class. So so so disappointed.

  Was a fun experience meeting new people and making great food. Besides the tasty paella, we also learnt how to make sangria and tomato bread. Definitely worth it!
