Eladi was a kind and excellent host. The space was a fantastic old converted factory, and we learned lots about the history of both paella and tapas.

I was really looking forward to taking this class with Eladi. Last year i took a similar class and it was amazing. So after reading these reviews I knew this... read more would be one for my family to love. Instead it felt as though the class was unplanned, unorganized and lack entertainment. Our instructor was not engaging and left the room in 30-45 increments twice. In fact, of the two hours, our instructor was only their and present with the class for 20minutes. The food was subpar, the sangria was awful and lack of engagement was not what I expected. I would not recommend this class if you can’t guarantee your instructor
