Join us in this Tapas Maestro hands-on experience to learn, step-by-step, how to cook great traditional dishes following our family recipes. During this cooking workshop, you will create from scratch a selection of tasty finger food such as: – Pa amb Tomàquet (crunchy bread with tomato, sea salt, and the best olive oil) – Gazpacho (a delicious beverage made with seasonal vegetables) – Tortilla de Patatas (the Spanish version of the classic omelette but with his inseparable friend, the potato). The cooking class will also include a few more tapas depending on the ingredients of the season. Enjoy this hands-on experience linked to the history of Spain and take the Mediterranean lifestyle home with you.

It was wonderful learning about the history of Paella and easy to follow along to the steps of the class.... read more All the ingredients are pre-prepared so the experience is mainly around chopping, mixing and stirring, if you're looking for a more laid-back class we would highly recommend this one!

Our host was very polite and knowledgeable. He spent some time speaking about paella. Pros: Friendly, Conversational, presentation. Cons: Paella was pretty simple.. needed more too it. The sangria wasn’t... read more great either..Each person got one prawn and the rest was rice, people need to get more involved with cooking instead of hearing the host speak the whole time.We didn’t do much cooking.. overall not amazing but not terrible!

We had the extended class where we had a tour of the market to learn... read more how to pick out the various ingredients for the dish. You get a history of the dish and learn skills for a wonderful meal, including a tasty sangria. I have enjoyed making Paella many times since the class. Highly recommend giving it a try.

It was a very enjoyable way... read more to meet others that were in Barcelona on holiday from other countries as well. Our teacher was wonderful and really brought the importance of cooking as a family to life. I would definately do this again. In fact, I have all the ingredients together and am having friends next week for dinner. Can't wait to pass on what we learned. Highly recommend this experience!
