It was an excellent class! Anna is a very passionate and articulate teacher, and she shared with us all about Spanish cooking. She prepared a drink Sangria with red wine, a dessert crema catalana ( which involves a blow torch), and chicken, prawn and green bean paella. As there was one participant which was vegetarian, we also had a smaller pan of artichoke paella which was delicious. (so its good that you go with a vegeterian!
